ABSOLUTE MINIMUM: 576 pieces per style, per color with the same embroidery. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Orders over 1152 pieces can include more than one color of the same style cap, with the same embroidery, with a minimum of 576 caps per color. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: Will be provided for approval on all orders, with the exception of exact reorders.

SPLIT SHIPMENT: Split shipments are available. Quantities of 576 to 1151 piece orders can only have one shipment after the first shipment. For 1152 piece orders and over, up to two additional shipments are allowed provided they are within twelve months of the first shipment. Split Shipment Charge of $10.00(x) per release after first shipment.

CANCELLATIONS: No-fault cancellations by customer after receipt of actual sample will result in $175.00(x) charge-back to cover cost of artwork, tape, sample, postage, and handling.

STANDARD DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
SHIPPING AIR FREIGHT: Cuts turnaround time by approximately four weeks. Add $ .75(x) per cap.

DECORATION

Price includes free embroidery tape and front panel, embroidered decoration of 10,000 stitches or less and up to nine thread colors.

TAPE CHARGE: No charge. Customer saves $100.00!

DUPLICATE TAPES: Not available.

STITCH COUNT: Up to 10,000 stitches included in price. Over 10,000 stitches will require an extra charge of $.19(b) per 1,000 stitches.

THREAD COLORS: Up to a nine-color logo…choice of all popular embroidery thread colors. Embroidery imprint design cannot change within an order. Thread color of imprint can change on orders over 1152 with minimum of 576 caps per ad copy color. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will match colors as closely as possible, but cannot match PMS colors exactly.

MAXIMUM AD SIZE: 2-1/4” high x 4” wide on caps. 

SECOND AND THIRD LOCATION EMBROIDERY: Price includes front panel standard embroidery. Additional locations, add $.37(c) per cap, up to 3,000 stitches, no tape charge.

ART: Customer should provide camera-ready art if 
at all possible to avoid errors and delays. NOTE: Embroidery art should be kept simple. Lettering must be minimum of 1/4” high and preferably 1/2” to 1”. Use firm name only…do not use addresses and telephone numbers. Logo should be as simple as possible. If artwork is required for special copy, add $40.00 (x). For TMA (tailor-made art), add $80.00(x).

CHANGES IN ARTWORK: If customer changes the artwork after receipt of sample, there will be a $75.00(x) charge.
