GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND EXTRA CHARGES FOR 2V/5V/15V ITEMS

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL 2V, 5V & 15V PRODUCTS

ARTWORK: All prices include straight copy art or reproduction of camera ready art supplied by customer. If your art needs touch-up, separations or graphic design, it will be billed at cost and can range from $54.00(g) for touch up to & $110.00(g) for tailor made art.

CUTS/LOGOS: Refer to specific item.

OVERRUNS/UNDER RUNS: We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Normally exact quantity is shipped.

SHIPPING: Refer to specific items in catalog. When no specific shipping instructions are given, we will ship best way. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. We do not insure on-time delivery or safe carriage of goods. Recourse resets exclusively with the transportation company. Claims for freight adjustments, breakage or delays must be filled with the carrier within 15 days of receipt of goods.

QUICK SHIP: This symbol identifies products that can ship in 3 working days. To qualify for Quick Ship orders must include camera ready artwork including copy, they must require no clarifications, they must have single color imprints, they must be for catalog quantities and the orders must be clearly marked, with " 3 Day Quick Ship ".

CHANGE OF COPY: $23.00(g) per change for same logo with different copy on same purchase order.

CHANGE OF IMPRINT COLORS: $20.00(g) per change.

STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS: Varies greatly from item to item. Refer to supplier catalog or contact the Service Center. If there are any questions, we recommend a product sample proof for visual inspection and approval prior to production.

PMS COLOR MATCH: $25.00(g) per match. Matching colors requires PMS number or color swatch to match as close as commercially possible. Exact match is not guaranteed. Not available on all products.

EXTRA COLOR CHARGE: Refer to specific item.

PROOFS: Paper or fax proof, $10.00(g). Actual pre-production sample, refer to supplier catalog.

DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $10.00(g) each shipment. All shipments must be completed within 6 months of first shipment.

CANCELLATION CHARGE: $47.00(G) before production is started. During production, order will be billed for work completed up to cancellation.

NORMAL DELIVERY: 3-4 weeks.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING WEIGHTS: Pens, 16-20 lbs. per 1000. Pencils, 16 lbs. per 1000. Carpenter pencils, 28 lbs. per 1000.

GENERAL INFORMATION 15V DRINK WARE

GLASSWARE COLORS: Color indications in catalog are approximate only and not intended to provide an exact match. Glassware colors vary from lot to lot and may vary slightly with an individual order. This is normal and to be expected.

REGISTRATION OF 2 & 3 COLOR SCREENED IMPRINTS: In multi-colored designs there exists the possibility of misregistration of up to approximately 1/16". This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable.

SECOND SIDE OR WRAP AROUND IMPRINT: Must be requested. No additional charge if using same color, except where noted on individual items. Note: Two-sided or wrap around imprints in two colors may have slight mis-registrations due to small variances in mug size consistency.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Catalog quantity shown is absolute minimum.

DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $10.00(g) per split shipment. Total number of shipments must be completed within 6 months. Each shipment subject to catalog minimums. Must be shipped in case lots.

UPS SHIPMENT; Additional packing required. Add $5.00(x) per carton, $10.00(x) minimum per shipment.

MAILERS: Available for most ceramic mugs and glassware. Contact Service Center for availability and cost.

NORMAL DELIVERY: 10-15 working days.

METALLIC IMPRINTS: Available in gold or platinum. Refer to individual items for availability. Note; Metallic imprints are delicate and should be washed by hand. Add the following charges in addition to all regular imprint, set-up/screen charges. One-sided, add $.65(g) per piece Two-sided, add $1.30(g) per piece. Halo, add $.52(g) per piece. Rim, add $.60(g) per piece.

ELECTRO-ETCHING: F.O.B. IA Minimum 25 pieces, $.15(g), plus $25.00(g) set up charge. Additional piece's in same set $.15(g), plus $5.00(g) set up charge.

" DIAMOND POINT " ENGRAVING: F.O.B. IA Minimum 12 pieces. One line copy/individual name, $1.25(g) each. Each additional line, $.50(g) each. Monograms, $1.25(g) each. Logo or stock cut & 1 line copy*, $1.50 (g) each. * Add $38.00(g) set-up charge.

LASER ENGRAVING: F.O.B. IA Minimum 24 pieces. Less than minimum: add $12.00(x)-absolute minimum 12 pieces. Stock Imprint up to 1 sq. in. $1.76(g) each. Personalization (per name change), $1.40(g) Add Set-up, $12.50(g). specify typeface for straight copy. Pricing for customer supplied camera-ready artwork is $50.00(x) per hour. Imprint area over 1 square inch, call for quote.

SCREENING*: F.O.B. MO Minimum 25 pieces. 1-color, $.26(g) each. * Add $25.00(g) set-up charge.

CHANGE OF COPY:$15.63(g) each.

NAME PLATES: F.O.B. IA $1.10(g) each, plus cost of engraving. #800- Gold Satin finish, 1"x3" round corners. #801- Silver Satin finish, 1"x3" round corners. #802-Gold bright finish, 7/8"x3" square corners. #804-Gold bright finish, 3"x5/8" square corners. NOTE: If name plate is required for engraving or screening, add $1.10(g) each to engraving or screening price.

DROP SHIP: $6.25(g) each.

SPLIT SHIP: $12.50(g) each.

GIFT BOXES: Vernon exclusive cutlery items are available inserted with tissue in a gift box for only $1.90(g) extra per box. Custom sets are also available with blue foam rubber sheets. For cost on a custom set ask your Vernon Sales Representative for details.

INDIVIDUAL MAILING SERVICES: Customer supplied pre-addressed labels - add 41.10(x) each, plus mailer cost if other than standard mailer is used. Customer supplied mailing list - add $15.00(x) set-up charge plus $1.00(x) per name. Vernon will prepare and attach labels with recipients name and customers return address. Bulk mailing rates available upon request. Contact the Service Center for quote. Mailing list or labels must be in our hands by November 15 for delivery prior to Christmas. For orders sold after Nov. 15 the mailing list or labels must accompany order.

PERSONALIZATION LISTS: All lists for Christmas distribution must be in plant by December 1. The complete list of names for the order should be sent in at one time. Orders sold after December 1 must be accompanied by the personalization list.

SIGNING CARDS: The charge for hand signing and inserting cards in individual gifts is $10.00(x) per hundred. This charge remains the same whether we use our #5 greeting card or the customer's card. The charge for inserting unsigned cards is $4.00(x) per hundred.
